Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof Vienna

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and airy rooms at the hotel. The comfortable bed and pillows provided a warm and welcoming retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel was also perfect, allowing me to easily walk to all the major attractions in Vienna. The front desk and concierge staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent recommendations for things to see and do. I had a great experience staying at Steigenberger Hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Great location and modern furnishings. Conveniently close to tourist attractions and subway. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and well-equipped bathroom. Complimentary mini bar with refreshing drinks and quiet atmosphere. Enjoyable stay, would definitely return.

The rooms were well-appointed and updated with 2 single beds put together and balcony, as example. The hotel was clean with efficient staff. The location was excellent for walking around an official residence.

This hotel is an exclusive retreat, offering luxurious amenities that meet the needs of its guests. the room advantages were remarkable, with lavish furnishings and an elegant ambiance. the restaurant and bar/lounge areas provided a relaxing atmosphere and outstanding cuisine. Special diet menus were also available. the central location allowed for easy access to many attractions and high-end stores.

The Spa & wellness centre wasn't as expected, with a small spa lounge and limited treatments. the massage and sauna services were excellent.

The place provides reasonable prices, had a lovely stay on skiiing and walking holidays. It's clean, great staff and drinks.

had a fantastic long weekend in Vienna at a centrally located hotel. Staff were really helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Great starting point for exploring the city's museums and restaurants. Will definitely book again next time I'm in Vienna.

Wifi not up to standard.

Great location, within walking distance of key attractions and public transportation. the rooms were clean and well, equipped, with complimentary drinks in the fridge and a Nespresso machine. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The design of the room was a bit strange, with limited space for luggage and a bathroom door that hits the cupboard when opened. the lack of English, speaking staff was also a downside.

The authentic restaurant was GOOD with plenty of meals in the menu.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Enjoyed my really nice stay in a magnificent hotel and a superb city. I was met by attentive and caring staff at the reception🙂

Contemporary hotel, breakfast was varied, ideal location next to a subway stop. Comfortable bed, huge bathroom and central heating, a safe and a sitting area in the room. The bar area was excellent, I loved it.

got luxury room with twin beds, balcony and bathtub had a such great stay overall. the location was lovely, just a short walk away from museum of natural history vienna.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a spacious and beautifully decorated deluxe room. The room was quiet and equipped with a comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and efficient air conditioning. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of hot and cold food options. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff took good care of us and even provided us with prayer timings, which was very thoughtful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the daily room service. It was also great to have a coffee machine in the room. The hotel even had an Arabic restaurant and 24-hour room service, which made dining convenient.
